How do I place an order?
To purchase our products, simply click the Shop page to view our collections and follow the prompts. Online orders must be paid in full when placing order through our online store.
How do I know I'm ordering the right size?
The sizes are based nominal ages although we know our gymnasts come in various shapes and sizes so we recommended you refer to our Size Guide available as a link on page of each item (coming soon).
What payment do you accept?
Currently we accept online payments via PayPal or your credit card.
We can also provide bank transfer payments through the Offline Payment option. This method will be slightly slower as items will not be dispatched until payments are cleared.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of your order. We aim to despatch orders within 2 days business days of receiving payment which means most parts of Australia will receive their orders within 5 business days. If for any reason we are experiencing a delay or are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you giving you the option to cancel your order or provide you a refund.
Where do you deliver to?
At present, we deliver exclusively within Australia. Please feel free to contact us if you are overseas and would like to place an order and we can get a shipping quote for you.
Please note you cannot nominate a Post Office Box as your shipping address.
What shipping method is used?
We use Australia Post standard postage with tracking for all our shipping. Please contact use for any priority shipping requirements.
We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system.
Can I place an order at any time?
Complete online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note that we are closed from the 4th December 2017 through to 22nd January 2018.
How do I know the product colour corresponds to what I saw on my screen?
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms and conditions and contains important information about your order.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the item back to us for a refund. All returns must be within 5 days of delivery and returned in the items original condition including all tags attached. You will be responsible for any postage costs for any returned or exchanged items. For exchanging an item, please include a reply paid postage bag with your return Any personalised items are not returnable.
Where are our leotards made?
Our leotards are manufactured by hand by a French designer in our design studio based in Melbourne, Australia. We use the finest quality materials available to match our values of producing leotards of the highest standard for competitive and recreational use.
Most of the materials have been sourced through local Australian fabric distributors who have imported fabrics from various manufacturing countries specialising in the unique materials required for sportswear.
